Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee ensures a safe working environment for all women employees and students.

Functions

• Receive and address complaints of sexual harassment
• Conduct inquiries in a time-bound manner
• Recommend appropriate action to the management
• Organise awareness programmes on gender sensitisation
